Expected an adequate ramp, but this addition looks exceptional. I’ve seen many ramps in Colonial East, but this one beats them all. The team “built” our ramp. They didn’t just “install” the ramp. It’s permanent. It has to seriously increase the value of the property.

Chesapeake Shores is an incredible contractor. They managed the renovation of our house before we put it on the market to sell. The work they did included paint throughout, LVP install + stair refinishing, new kitchen and electrical work. The team finished ahead of schedule and the craftsmanship and their attention to detail was superior. Working with their project manager Sergio was amazing, he communicated with me daily and was always responsive and thoughtful with his communications, recommendations and ideas. From the get go, Sean, Sergio & the Chesapeake Shores team were great. They worked with a tight timetable and still managed to deliver a beautiful renovation of my condo. My Mom had recently passed and I was faced with two options: renovate to be able to rent or be forced to sell a beloved property we'd had in the family for 29 years. Sean & Sergio understood how important it was to me to be able to keep the condo. When no one else said it could be completed in time, they ran with it! I cannot stress enough what that means to me. Their workmanship equaled their compassion. I was free to choose vanities, fixtures, flooring and tile within the budget of our contract. Allowances were generous and I never felt I had to compromise on something because of price. Communication with the team is very easy; usually by text.
